John Sanvido was born and raised in Guelph and is now raising his own family in the Royal City.  When finished school, for 3 years John lived and experienced life in such places like Vancouver, Toronto and Treviso Italy to name a few.  But there’s no place like home and no place better to raise a family.

His career in Real Estate started in 1998 when he purchased his first rental property.  Since then, Real Estate has gone from a hobby to a passion to a career.  His experience in residential, multi-residential or commercial property has provided him with the skills needed to help find the right home or investment.
